The first traffic lesson is going to be very simple it is not the best traffic but can be very effective if done right and is instant. I am talking about traffic exchanges if you do not know what a traffic exchange is it is a place where you look at websites and in return you earn credits that you then use so other members will then see your website in rotation it is completely free. First you want to make sure you have a capture form on your blog that can clearly be seen and make sure you have a picture or video of yourself.

The reason is you will be able to build a list with a capture form that you can promote to over and over again now to be completely honest you can get free services but they are not much good. Ok so once you have these in place you can start using traffic exchanges you want to join 5 at first then submit your site to all these then set your credits to be automatically credited to your site link. Then start viewing (surfing) websites click the first one to set of the timer then the next and the next by the time you set the 5th timer off the first 1 will be finished ready for you to click again. This will increase your productivity and get your site viewed quicker and by more people reducing the time needed to apply this method, surfing for an hour or 2 each day will produce a lot of views and will be instant.
